Northern Safety Camera Partnership Manager, Dougie Bennion, said: “To help businesses to keep accurate records about vehicle usage Northern Safety Camera Partnership is distributing free A5 vehicle log books for use in company vehicles.

All our camera sites have a proven history of collisions and evidence of speeding vehicles.  We may from time to time use mobile cameras at other sites where both vehicle and road users are at greater risk, such as road works.

During the week commencing Monday, 30 January 2012, mobile safety cameras will be deployed at the following locations:

A9 Caulmaillie Farm, by Golspie
A99 Hempriggs, south of Wick
A9 south of the Mound, by Golspie
A949 at Dornoch Academy
A9 Helmsdale

Ross and Cromarty
A834 Strathpeffer Road, Dingwall
A835 Inverlael Straight, near Ullapool
A9 Near to Fearn Junction by Tain
A832 at Avoch
A835 Mill Street, Ullapool


Inverness
A82 Alltsigh Youth Hostel, by Invermoriston
B9006 Cantraybruich, east of Sunnyside, Culloden, Inverness
A9 Daviot, by Inverness
A9 Altnasleanach, by Inverness
A96 West of Allanfearn junction, Inverness
A82 Invergarry Power Station
